Layout files are corrupted or don't work as described
Advertised files or features are not included
Layout doesn't work with current Divi version
Accidentally purchased the same layout twice
Charged incorrect amount or unauthorized charges
Layout significantly differs from preview or description
Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for refund request.
We'll review your request within 24 hours and work with you to resolve the issue or process your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
After processing a refund, access to the purchased layout(s) will be revoked from your account.
Change of mind, lack of technical skills, or requesting refunds after successful use are not eligible.
