• Use layouts on unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize layouts to fit your needs
• Create unlimited websites for yourself or clients

Restrictions

• Cannot resell or redistribute layouts as-is
• Cannot create competing template marketplaces
• Cannot share login credentials with others

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
Be responsible for all applicable taxes

4. Intellectual Property

All Divi layouts, designs, graphics, and content provided by DiviFlow are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We retain ownership of all original designs while granting you usage rights according to your license.

5. User Accounts

When creating an account, you are responsible for:

Maintaining account security

Providing accurate information

Protecting login credentials

Notifying us of any breaches

6. Limitation of Liability

DiviFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of DiviFlow constitutes acceptance of any changes.
